This policy explains how Moov Driving Academy collects and uses the information you submit when you register for our free live webinar.

What we collect

Only what you enter in the form: your name, email, phone number, your answers to three eligibility questions (U.S. citizen or Green Card holder, valid driver’s license, able to train in person in Orlando — a CDL requires proof of legal presence), when you want to start, how you plan to cover tuition, and (if you answer it) whether you already have your CDL permit. We also note the language and the city version of the page you registered on. If you check the SMS consent box, we also store the exact wording shown to you and the date and time you accepted it.

If you don’t meet the eligibility questions

If you answer “no” (or another status) to any of the three eligibility questions, the form stops there. We do not ask for or receive your name, email or phone number, and nothing is saved in our CRM. No pixel event is recorded for that answer.

How we use it

To send you the webinar link and reminders, to contact you about CDL training at Moov Driving Academy, and to answer your questions about enrollment and start dates. If you checked the SMS box, we may also send you text messages.

Text messages (SMS)

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or enrollment. We only send marketing texts to people who checked the box. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We do not share or sell your phone number or your SMS consent to third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

This page uses the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure whether our ads lead to webinar registrations. When you visit and when you register, Meta may receive technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page address, and Meta cookie identifiers. When you register, we send Meta a one-way hashed (encrypted) copy of your email, phone number and name so Meta can match the registration to an ad. Meta processes this data under its own policies. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook and Instagram settings.

Who we share it with

Your information is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel), which processes it on our behalf, and limited data is shared with Meta for ad measurement as described above. We do not sell your personal information.
